How to recover your missing Disney PhotoPass pictures

First of all: I love Disney Photopass! As a mom, I am always the one snapping pictures of my family at the parks. But with Photopass, it gives me all the family pictures I need and more!

Recently I noticed that a few of my pictures were missing on my Disney Experience App. I waited for about a week and then I realized the pictures were definitely missing. I spoke to a Disney Photopass photographer at the Camera Center at Epcot and he gave me a card with a number for assistance.

Here’s a list of question the cast member may ask you to help them locate your pictures:

• Date
• Approximate time of the picture
• Number of people in your family/picture
• Brief description of everyone’s outfits

Within less than 5 minutes, my missing pictures were found and uploaded onto my Disney Experience app for me to download. I’m so happy and grateful for Disney’s amazing service in helping me recover my missing Disney Photopass pictures!
