Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party 2019 Character List

One of my favorite things to do at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is meeting the rare characters and also seeing our usual favorites in their Halloween costumes. Most character locations can be found on the My Disney Experience app however some are not listed on the app including Seven Dwarves, Jack Skellingon & Sally, Moana, Jafar, and Lotso. I have compiled a Mickey Not So Scary Halloween character list including their locations to help you find them during the party.

I recommend planning ahead and selecting your must-see characters. Some characters tend to have longer lines such as Seven Dwarves, Jack and Sally and Winnie the Pooh with friends. I recommend getting in line for those characters prior to 7 pm or meeting them during parades/fireworks. I’ve also noticed that face characters seem to take 20-minute breaks while fur characters have a much shorter break.

Abu, Aladdin, Jasmine and Genie

• Location: Adventureland – by the Agrabah Bazaar and Magic Carpet ride
• Abu and Aladdin will switch off with Jasmine and Genie

• Location: Fantasyland – Mad Tea Party Garden
• Alice and the Mad Hatter meet together while the Queen of Heart and Tweedledee/Tweedledum have a separate line
• These characters do leave their meeting spots to participate in the 9:15 pm and 11:15 pm parade. I recommend getting in the line a little before the end of the parade for a short wait.

Ariel with Prince Eric

• Location: Fantasyland – Prince Eric’s Market across from Journey of the Little Mermaid ride

Belle with Gaston

• Location: Fantasyland – Next to Bonjour! Village Gifts across from Gaston’s Tavern

Captain Jack Sparrow

• Location: Adventureland – Caribbean Plaza across from Pirate of the Caribbean ride

Cinderella, Elena, Rapunzel, Tiana

• Location: Fantasyland – Princess Fairytale Hall
• The princesses are found in their usual location during the MNSSHP. Cinderella is with Elena while Rapunzel meets with Tiana

Daisy Duck and Donald Duck

• Location: Fantasyland – Storybook Circus by Casey Jr. Splash n Soak Station

Fancy Nancy, Doc McMuffin, Timon, Vampirina

• Location: Fantasyland – Storybook Circus Tent next to Pete’s Silly Side Show
• The characters are there for the Disney Junior Jam dance party!

Goofy

• Location: Fantasyland – The Barnstormer Exit

Jack Skellington and Sally

• Location: Main Street, U.S.A – Town Square Theater where Tinkerbell usually meets
• Jack and Sally are not listed on the My Disney Experience app

Jafar

• Location: Adventureland – next to the shop Agrabah Bazaar across from the Magic Carpets
• Jafar is not listed on the My Disney Experience app

Lotso

• Location: Tomorrowland – in-between Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin and the Carousel of Progress
• Lotso is not listed on the My Disney Experience App

Mickey Mouse

• Location: Main Street, U.S.A – Town Square Theater

Minnie Mouse

• Location: Fantasyland – Storybook Circus
• As of 10/14 – Minnie Mouse is now meeting in the queue area of Dumbo

Moana

• Location: Adventureland – Enchanted Tiki Room
• Moana is not listed on the My Disney Experience App

Seven Dwarfs

• Location: Fantasyland – Pete’s Silly Side Show
• The Seven Dwarfs are not listed on the My Disney Experience App

Elvis Stitch

• Location: Tomorrowland – Stitch’s Great Escape

Sulley, Mike Wazowski, Boo, and Geroge Sanderson

• Location: Tomorrowland – stage area by Astro Orbiter
• These characters are dancing with the guests at the Monstrous Scream-O-Ween Dance Ball

Tarzan, Jane, and Terk

• Location: Adventureland – Next to Swiss Family Treehouse and across from Sunshine Tree Terrace

Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore

• Location: Fantasyland – Pooh’s Storybook

Roaming characters

• Several characters roam around and do stop for autographs and pictures
• Including Cruella de Vi, Stepsisters, Briar Rabbit, Br’er Bear, and the Country Bears

I’ll be adding more pictures as I meet the rest of the characters during this Halloween party session! Having the Party Pass has made it possible for me to meet so many characters since it is likely not possible to meet all of them in one night.
