I’ve always been a fan of Disney Resort dining and this past weekend I discovered a new one to us that’s now one of my faves! Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago sits over the water providing an open air view of Coronado Springs resorts and serving Spanish-American ambience and cuisine.
The Details on Three Bridges Bar and Grill:
Where: Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Times: Daily, 4:30 pm – midnight
This dining location is first come first serve so I recommend getting there 10-15 minutes earlier for guaranteed seating. There is also a wait list you can sign up on the My Disney Experience app as well as to-go orders.
We were the first ones in a quickly growing line and got the perfect table overlooking the water. I had already studied the menu days before and had my mind set on several of the corn dishes!
The Drinks:
There was a large selection of delicious looking drinks but I decided on the house-made Sangria flight! I loved that I could sample each one to find my favorite. It came in a fun drink holder and our server recommended that I drink them from top to bottom!
Sangria from top to bottom:
- Espumoso (Sparkling) Sangria – Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut Cava, Peach Liqueur, Lemon
- Blanco (White) Sangria – Macabeo Wine, Torres Magdala Naranjas del Mediterráneo, St~Germain Elderflower, Passion Fruit, Lemon
- Rosado (Rosé) Sangria – Garnacha Rosé Wine, Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin, Apricot Brandy, Raspberry, Apple
- Tinto (Red) Sangria – Garnacha Wine, Torres Magdala Naranjas del Mediterráneo, Orange
My favorite ended up being the Blanco Sangria, it was light, refreshing and sweet!
The Food:
Now onto the best part, the food! We ordered the elotes, the roasted corn dip and Szechuan peppercorn wings.
My favorite was the corn dip, I wanted to spread it on everything because it was that good! The corn tasted fresh and perfectly cooked while the sauce was sweet and flavorful. This dish is also plant-based so everyone can enjoy it!
The Szechuan peppercorn wings was next on my favorites list. It was tender, juicy with a kick of spice.
And then there were the elotes which I also enjoyed but definitely liked the flavors of the corn dip more.
I can’t wait to go back to enjoy it’s beautiful scenery, decorations and food! Have you tried Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs yet?
